The 190 EUR rate grants 2 full hours of private studio access in Studio A, an on-duty audio recording technician who sets microphone levels and monitors the live session, up to 4 simultaneous guest microphone setups, and complete uncompressed multi-track WAV stems handed over immediately upon conclusion.
How do we get our raw files after recording?
You can bring a high-speed USB 3.0 / USB-C drive for instantaneous transfer before leaving, or our technician will upload an encrypted archive to our secure cloud storage within 2 hours of session wrap.
Can we host remote guests while recording in the Toronto studio?
Yes. We have dedicated hardware mix-minus routing integrated with high-speed commercial fiber. Remote interviewees via Riverside, Zoom, or Teams can be heard crystal clear in your headphones with zero loopback or echo.
Where is troxkolklex located and is parking available?
We are located at 260 Richmond Street West, Suite 302, Toronto, ON M5V 1W5. Convenient underground commercial parking is situated across the street, and we are an easy 5-minute walk from Osgoode Subway Station.
Can we add multi-cam 4K video recording to our audio booking?
Absolutely. Multi-angle 4K visual capture can be added to any audio reservation. We provide synchronized camera ISO files and can perform real-time video switching so you have an edited episode ready right away.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Sessions can be rescheduled without charge up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled reservation time. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a partial studio retention fee to cover engineer scheduling.
