Terms of Service & Studio Agreement

Effective date: January 1, 2026. Standard policies for troxkolklex bookings and site usage.

1. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling studio production time or utilizing troxkolklex.online, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a production company or media brand, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Studio Session Rates & Payment

  • Standard Rate: The standard audio recording session rate is 190 EUR per two-hour reservation block.
  • Invoicing: Payment terms are arranged in advance of session access. We accept recognized credit cards, corporate wire, and electronic bank transfers.
  • Overages: Studio time is booked in designated blocks. Overages exceeding 15 minutes beyond scheduled departure are billed in pro-rated 30-minute increments subject to studio schedule availability.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation

Because studio suites and engineering staff are reserved exclusively for your reservation:

  • Cancellations or date modifications notified at least 48 hours prior to session start are entitled to full rescheduling without penalty.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of session start may incur a 50% reservation retention fee.
  • No-shows forfeit the full session fee.

4. Intellectual Property & Master Recordings

The client retains one hundred percent (100%) ownership of all intellectual property, copyright, vocal recordings, and visual footage generated during their studio session. troxkolklex claims zero copyright, royalty, or syndication interest in your content.

5. Studio Conduct & Equipment Care

Clients and invited guests are expected to conduct themselves professionally. Intentional abuse, liquid spills on electronic consoles, or negligent damage to microphones will be assessed at repair or replacement value.

6. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be brought before the competent courts of Toronto, Ontario.
